Personnel
Use this page to add Users and control their privileges.
Each feature of the application can be allowed or denied to a
User. Access to specific Colonies can be allowed or denied to a User.
Access to specific Sites, Buildings, Rooms and Racks can be allowed or denied to a User.

Roles
Use this page to add and modify Roles. Roles in Vivarium are convenient collections
of privileges. The same privileges that can be assigned to Users can be assigned
to a Role, and then the Role can be granted to the User.

Maintenance
Use of this page should be restricted to one special administrative User.
This page allows for the installation of new "metadata" which controls the
behavior of Vivarium. This metadata controls things like the layout of the
menus and other aspects of the application. From time to time VCI will provide
updates that enhance the functionality of Vivarium.

Import
These menu items provide access to features that help you get started.
Often it is desireable to load existing data into Viviarum, and the features
on the Import menu assist in this task. See the "How Do I..." links on these
tasks for step-by-step help with loading existing data.
Animal Import
Provides a wizard for loading existing animal data from comma
separate value ("CSV") files. These files can can be produced by many programs
including Excel.
Cage Card Import
Provides a page for importing lists of existing Cage Cards.
