Displays the Mice Worksheet which allows viewing and (with appropriate
permissions) editing of all data related to mice in the Vivarium.

Assignment
Displays the Mice Worksheet with the Assignment view. The Assignment view
allows the user to assign mice to an investigator, protocol, and technician.

Receiving
Use this page to track animals being received into the system from an external
vendor.

Genotyping
The Genotyping worksheet automatically locates weaned animals and presents
worksheet columns for entering genotype information on each mutation associated with
animals in the selected colony. This worksheet can also be used to
enter/correct the genotype information for any animal.

Sentinels
The Sentinels Worksheet shows all sentinel cages. The Search menu contains
filters to show:

Cage History
The Cage History report shows all changes to an animal’s cage. This report can
be used to track where an animal has been housed and is especially important in
the event of an adverse sentinel health report.

Reports
The Reports menu contains various reports that provide detailed information on
animals. At present, this menu contains:
Mating Productivity
Shows the total number of offspring of a parent mouse and
its average productivity per mating.
Progeny Ratios
Shows the genotype breakdown of the progeny for each parent
mouse.
